Adult Foster Homes

Adult foster homes (AFH) are the care option closest to in-home care. These homes are privately owned and may care for up to five individuals. AFHs are staffed 24 hours per day with caregivers who can attend to residents’ needs.

AFHs are licensed and monitored by S&DS. To learn more about becoming an adult foster care provider, please contact S&DS at (541) 682-4038 and speak to a staff member of the Adult Foster Home unit.
