Are donations to Senior & Disabled Services Programs tax deductible?
Yes, donations to the Senior Meals Program, Senior Connections, Senior & Disabled Services or Lane Council of Governments (LCOG), made for exclusively public purposes, are deductible as charitable contributions under section 170 (c) (1) subject to the limitations of section 170 (b) (1) (B).
