Bob Clayton, a Principal Systems Analyst / RLID Database Administrator, has been working at LCOG since 1998. He designs and develops relational databases and data warehouses in Microsoft SQL Server. He also designs, programs, and maintains ETL processes in Microsoft SQL Server SSIS and stored procedures. Bob also manages the RLID Data Warehouse and database that supports the RLID website. Bob is a Certified Microsoft Technical Associate (MTA).
Bob studied Decision Sciences at the University of Oregon.
Before working at LCOG, Bob worked for Oregon Social Learning Center as a PowerBuilder Application Developer and Database Administrator, where he designed, programmed, and maintained client tracking software.
Bob is proud of successfully completing dozens of large and small scale projects on time and on budget, using best practices and easily readable, well-documented code. He enjoys the diversity of projects he gets to work on, the intellectual challenges, and seeing a project through from initial concept to successful deployment.
In his spare time, Bob is a professional musician and amateur stand-up comedian, and he enjoys an active and healthy lifestyle.
